LAYANAN KONSELING KOLABORATIF ANTARA GURU BK DAN ORANG TUA, APAKAH BISA MENGATASI PERILAKU AGRESIF SISWA SMP?

Perilaku agresif siswa menjadi salah satu tantangan serius dalam lingkungan pendidikan karena berdampak langsung terhadap iklim belajar, hubungan sosial, dan perkembangan emosional peserta didik. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) sering menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menangani perilaku tersebut jika bekerja secara individual tanpa dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas layanan konseling kolaboratif antara guru BK dan orang tua dalam mengatasi perilaku agresif siswa sekolah menengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain sekuensial eksplanatori, di mana data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui skala perilaku agresif siswa, sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru BK dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kolaboratif mampu menurunkan intensitas perilaku agresif secara signifikan, terutama pada aspek verbal aggression dan impulsivitas. Keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam sesi konseling meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi, empati, dan konsistensi pengasuhan di rumah. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara guru BK dan orang tua menjadi faktor kunci dalam pembentukan perilaku adaptif siswa. Model kolaboratif ini direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan berkelanjutan dalam layanan konseling sekolah untuk mencegah dan mengurangi perilaku agresif di lingkungan pendidikan.
